Hello ! I’m Coach Eli, a ISSA certified personal trainer. I grew up in Kettering, Ohio and went to Kettering Fairmont high school. After, I attended Notre Dame College studying Exercise Science and Physiology, while playing college football. I am now finishing up my Associates at Wright State. I have over several years of experience in weight training and dieting. My passion is to guide and motivate athletes and anyone to achieve their fitness and health goals!

My mission is to help develop and train young athletes to be excellent role models in their communities, while emphasizing the importance of dedication and discipline. The goal of these sessions is to improve the player's confidence level by identifying areas of growth and developing a plan in order to enhance their skill level/knowledge of the game of lacrosse. This is the main reason why I love this game. You don't have to be the biggest, strongest, or fastest player to succeed. You need dedication and discipline to hone in your stick skills, which can separate you from the opponent who might be "faster" or "stronger" than you.
